  1. After embedding the code into your practice’s website, you will see buttons that allow you to start booking appointments.
    • When clicked, either a modal window or an embedded frame will appear, enabling users to book an appointment.
  2. In the Home Page. you will see the options below:
    • Select an appointment type.
    • Select the preferred date and time.

  3. For the appointments you want to schedule as soon as possible, select your preferred time and click “Next”.
  4. After clicking next, you will be led to the appointment details wherein you need to fill in the required information.
    • Appointment Type and Timing
      • This is the appointment type you set. For example: "Initial Consult - Child".
      • This is the scheduled date and time you set. For example: "Mon, Apr 29, 2024, at 4:30 PM".
    • Selecting the Patient
      • Choose from “Who is making this booking?” by clicking on the appropriate button: "Myself" or "Someone Else".
      • If you choose “Someone Else”, this form will show and you must also add the details.
      • If you are a "New Patient" or an "Existing Patient," select the corresponding button.
    • Entering Patient Information
      • Fill in the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields with the appropriate details. These fields are marked with an asterisk (*), indicating they are required.
      • Enter the "Date of Birth" in the format day/month/year (dd/mm/yyyy).
      • Select the "Gender" from the dropdown menu.
        • Male
        • Female
        • Unknown
        • Prefer Not to Answer
    • Contact Information
      • Provide a valid "Email" address for communications related to the appointment.
      • Input a "Mobile Number" where you can be reached. The country code for Australia (+61) is already selected by default.
    • Medicare Details (If Applicable)
      • If you have a Medicare plan, enter your "Medicare Number" and "Medicare IRN" (Individual Reference Number).

      • Specify the "Medicare Expiration" date by clicking the calendar icon and selecting the appropriate date.
    • Finalising the Appointment
      • Review all the information to ensure accuracy.
      • When ready, click the blue "Book Appointment" button to finalize the appointment.
      • If you need to go back to the previous screen at any point, use the "Back" button.
  5. For the appointments you want to schedule on a specific date, select your preferred date and time and click “Next”.
    • Repeat Step 4 to proceed.

  6. You'll soon receive a confirmation email and SMS at the address and mobile number you provided. These messages will include complete details about your appointment and any additional steps necessary.
