  • Account Eligibility:

    • Only Ocelot+ customers, free users, or trial users can log in. If you've signed up but don't have an approved account, you won't be able to log in.

  • Deactivated Accounts:

    • If you see a "You have no accounts" message, your account may have been deactivated. Learn more about reactivating accounts through our support channels or email us at support@ocelotplus.com.au

  • Browser and Device Recognition:

    • Ocelot+ is designed to operate across different browsers and devices. If you think you are having trouble accessing Ocelot+ because of either your browser or device, please send us a screenshot of the error message at support@ocelotplus.com.au

  • Browser Settings - Chrome:

    • Enable third-party cookies in your Chrome settings:
