- Upon clicking the “Sign Up” button, it will direct you to the “Pricing” page that will let you choose between “Free Plan” and “Premium Plan”.
- The Free Plan features include limitations on the number of patients, consultations, and storage space.
- The Premium Plan includes all features of the Free plan and additional marketing-related functionalities, unlimited staff, and multiple store/practice options.
- Click the “Sign Up” button of the chosen subscription and fill in the required information:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Mobile Number
- Your preferred Email Address
- Continue by completing your practice details.
- The 'Business Street Address' field has a function to auto-detect your location and automatically fill in related fields such as Suburb, State, and Post Code.

- Complete the required and necessary fields for your Primary Contact Details.
- Ticking 'I am the contact' will auto-fill the fields based on the data entered in the Personal Information section.

- Upon completing all the information, read the privacy policy and terms of service by clicking the embedded links.
- Once done, check the box to confirm your agreement with Ocelot’s terms and policy.
- Click the “Sign Up Now” button to proceed.
- A confirmation modal and an email notification will inform you about the processing time of your registration.
