  1. Visit the https://ocelotplus.com.au/website and click the “Sign Up” button.




  2. Upon clicking the “Sign Up” button, it will direct you to the “Pricing” page that will let you choose between “Free Plan” and “Premium Plan”.
    • The Free Plan features include limitations on the number of patients, consultations, and storage space.
    • The Premium Plan includes all features of the Free plan and additional marketing-related functionalities, unlimited staff, and multiple store/practice options.



  3. Click the “Sign Up” button of the chosen subscription and fill in the required information:
    • Your First and Last Name
    • Your Mobile Number
    • Your preferred Email Address




  4. Continue by completing your practice details.
    • The 'Business Street Address' field has a function to auto-detect your location and automatically fill in related fields such as Suburb, State, and Post Code.




  5. Complete the required and necessary fields for your Primary Contact Details.
    • Ticking 'I am the contact' will auto-fill the fields based on the data entered in the Personal Information section.




  6. Upon completing all the information, read the privacy policy and terms of service by clicking the embedded links.
    • Once done, check the box to confirm your agreement with Ocelot’s terms and policy.
    • Click the “Sign Up Now” button to proceed.




  7. A confirmation modal and an email notification will inform you about the processing time of your registration.
    • Please keep an eye on your email within 3-5 business days to get the status of your registration.
